OPPORTUNITY
Sandy Usiak is a realtor in Maryland.
​
In September 2020, she started a partnership with a nursing home in Maryland. Her goal is to support this organization's clients in easing the process of selling their homes.
​
After brainstorming with Sandy about her brand and ideas to help her reach her goal, we decided to create two flyers - one for the nursing home's clients and another one for her "every-day" clients.

The ​Cooking Spotlight (TCS) is a student-led initiative at Georgetown University. My friend and I created this inclusive and diverse community to provide a fun activity to other Hoyas at the very beginning of the pandemic.
​
With a combination of creative ideas, passion for cooking and learning about other cultures, project management and marketing skills, we were able to create a community that is getting bigger and bigger.
Our goal is to turn it into a nonprofit to help American and international students in the USA.
In October 2020, we were featured in an article in the Hoya (the oldest Georgetown University's student newspaper) - "‘There’s No Alfredo Sauce’: Cultural Cooking Club Founded During Pandemic Thrives".

OPPORTUNITY
The Network for Victim Recovery of DC is a nonprofit that offers free services to victims of all crimes. Their goal was to increase their brand awareness and donations.
​
With a combination of communications services, creativity, and passion for their cause, I was able to create a sustainable, integrated marketing communications strategy. This plan will allow them to keep offering free services and it will help them reach their target audience and turn them into first-time donors.

OPPORTUNITY
The Children's Art Studio, an organization that offers high-quality art camps and workshops to kids of the DMV area, wanted to increase their summer camp enrollment and to improve its digital presence.

The strategic plan that I developed and executed included a mix of online and offline tactics that, after implementation, lead to doubling enrollment.

CULTIVATE THE CITY
OPPORTUNITY
Cultivate the City, a social enterprise that supports sustainable farming practices that emphasize vertical growing techniques, wanted to evaluate the effectiveness of their digital efforts.
​
My team and I were able to provide recommendations for future, data-driven, measurable, executable strategies. We analyzed their online performance on Google Analytics, Squarespace, Google My Business, and social media. Also, we created and tracked digital ads performance on Facebook and Google Ads to meet goals while staying on budget​.

L'ARCHE GREATER WASHINGTON, DC
OPPORTUNITY
L'Arche Greater is a nonprofit with offices in 38 countries. They provide housing and support services to adults with intellectual disabilities. They needed a communications plan focused on recruiting and retaining assistants.
​
My team and I recommended strategic, data-based actions and provided the client with specific deliverables to support them in achieving their goal.
